MasterDrive opened for business last week and welcomes back organisations returning from their end of year break in the coming month. We look forward to working with you as you resume or start your training journeys for 2025.
The CEO of MasterDrive, Eugene Herbert, says the team greatly anticipates the new business year working with various organisations to promote their safety on the roads. “While challenges during the year are inevitable, we anticipate a year of growth and opportunity as well.
“Organisations that invest in their employees through training will not only position themselves to maximise opportunities but also benefit from workforces equipped to handle the country’s roads. Prioritising road safety has inherent advantages and illustrates the company as a leading example of road safety.”
We started 2024 encouraging organisations to use the lessons learnt in the previous year to build resilience. “MasterDrive again encourages reflection on the lessons learnt from both events within your control as well as those you had no influence over.
“Prepare for this year using these reflections to guide your plans while keeping in mind projections and events expected for 2025. Fuel price fluctuations created many challenges to the bottom line, and this is unlikely to see drastic improvement soon. Additionally, civil unrest is projected to be one of the greatest challenges during the year necessitating preparation of fleets for this.”
Organisations can again look forward to the various initiatives and events hosted by MasterDrive. “We saw great growth of some of our key initiatives during 2024 including Women with Drive, Fleet Safety Awards and the Transport Month event. There is such great anticipation for what is to come, we already foresee a 2020-Thrive Women with Drive!”
Do not hesitate to contact MasterDrive to get a head start on your driver training. “Join us in our endeavours during 2025 to further the collective commitment to road safety. We anticipate a fruitful and successful year!” says Herbert.
