Croak, croak
A little boy keeps asking his grandfather to make a sound like a frog, but the old man says he is busy and refuses.
When the child persists an hour later, the grandfather finally snaps, “All right Billy, why all the fuss about me making a sound like a frog?”
Billy replies, “Cause Grandma said when you croak, we’re all going to Hawaii.”
We don’t need to pray
A little boy and his family are having Sunday dinner at his grandmother’s house.
When he sits down at the table he starts eating right away.
His mother quickly asks him to wait until they say a prayer.
The little boy replies, “We don’t need to pray at Grandma’s house. She knows how to cook.”
An ordinary excuse
A boy is explaining his poor report card to his father.
“Remember, Dad, I’m just an ordinary son of ordinary parents, and this is an ordinary report card.”
