Year-end closure

Year-end closure
December 2, 2021 by MasterTorque

MasterDrive is extending a heartfelt and sincere thank you to all our customers for the role they played in the company not only having a successful year but seeing growth as well. Despite this growth, it was still a challenging year for MasterDrive and many other businesses and we appreciate that we travelled this path with each of you by our side.

The CEO of MasterDrive, Eugene Herbert, says the company will close for their annual end-of-year break from 16 December 2021 to 3 January 2022. “As such any clients wishing to complete their training in 2021 and before the notoriously dangerous festive season on the roads should contact us as soon as possible.

“Spaces are filling up quickly as companies hope to ensure their drivers take on this period well-trained and equipped for whatever they encounter. Others are looking to use the time to complete their training so that they begin the year on a good footing. If you wish to book your January training the team can also assist with this.”

The new COVID-19 variant is, however, causing uncertainty for many fleet managers due to the lack of information around it. “We would like to assure clients that MasterDrive protocols are still being strictly adhered to as they have been since the start of the pandemic. Virtual training options are available as well. All efforts are being made to protect clients and employees from transmission as far as is possible and should you have special requests, please do not hesitate to let us know.”

MasterDrive is cautiously optimistic for a better 2022 after the challenges of this year. “For many, 2021 was more trying than 2020 when strict lockdown was faced and restraints of trade affected many businesses. The consequences were truly felt this year and we hope that next year will be better for all companies affected in this way.

“COVID-19 continues to be a challenging part of our day-to-day lives and MasterDrive is committed to ensuring that we stringently maintain our COVID-19 protocols and reduce the risk faced. If you have any questions about this, we encourage you to contact us for more information. Until next year, may each person stay safe on the roads and return to work next year happy, healthy and ready to thrive,” says Herbert.

Should you like to book your December or January training or would like to enquire about COVID-19 protocols, please email info@masterdrive.co.za or by call 086 110 0618.
